Vietnam pledges to join hands with Chinese partners to boost the bilateral cooperative and friendly ties, said PM Nguyen Tan Dung.

The Vietnamese Government chief made the commitment on Monday in Ha Noi while welcoming Chinese Minister of Commerce Chen Deming who is present in Vietnam for a working visit.
According to PM Dung, Vietnam and China have enjoyed finer ties in the areas of economics, trade and investment in the global economic hard time.
Over the last years, China has been one of the key trading partners of Vietnam, said Mr. Dung.
However, according to PM Dung, as there are great potentials for the two neighbor countries to tap, it is necessary for both sides to surmount difficulties so as to spur bilateral economic and commercial linkages.
Mr. Dung hoped that China would strengthen its support for some industrial projects in Vietnam as agreed by the two sides.
Minister Chen Deming informed the host leader major outcomes of his talks with Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang and Minister of Planning and Investment Vo Hong Phuc.
Mr. Chen took the occasion to seek the Vietnamese Government’s support for Chinese investors in Vietnam and China’s closer ties with ASEAN.

On the same day, PM Nguyen Tan Dung hosted a reception to outgoing Egyptian Ambassador to Vietnam Mohamed Alaa Eldin Saad Elleissy.
The Government chief held that despite the fine political relations between Vietnam and Egypt, the bilateral economic linkage is relatively modest with the two-way trade turnover of around US $200 million only.
PM Dung suggested Vietnam and Egypt strive for higher trade value of US $500 million in the coming time.
For his part, Ambassador Mohamed Alaa Eldin Saad Elleissy hailed the vigorous economic growth in Vietnam and the country’s higher status in the international arena.
The Egyptian diplomat underlined his determination to nurture the friendly relations and cooperative ties between the two countries./.
