The two sides should also foster cooperation on education, training, security and defense. Vietnam wants Japan to grant more scholarships to Vietnamese students who study in Japan, said PM Nguyen Tan Dung.
The Vietnamese PM proposed Japan continue to cooperate and fund research projects to manage and use resources from the Mekong River more effectively and sustainably.
