The Viet Nam-Romania Business Forum was held on July 12 by the two nations’ Chambers of Commerce and Industry to strengthen partnerships between the two sides’ businesses.

Speaking at the event, Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung asserted that the Vietnamese Government is making efforts in completing the market economy institution, improving the quality of the human resources and infrastructure, focusing on specific measures such as enhancing the economic restructuring in accordance with renewing the growth model and increasing the capacity, effectiveness and competitiveness of the national economy.
The nation has also concentrated on stepping up the administrative procedure reform, establishing a favorable and transparent business environment and striving to achieve the criteria on favorable business environment equal to other nations in ASEAN 4 in 2016.
The Deputy PM proposed the two countries promote relations in potential and advantageous fields, exchanges at multi-lateral forums and high-ranking delegations between the business community and ministries and agencies.
PM Dacian Ciolos affirmed that as an active member of the EU, Romania will become a connection in accelerating the relationship between Viet Nam and the EU in all fields.
The two leaders witnessed the signing of the cooperative agreement between the two Chambers of Commerce and Industry./.
