The European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) has recently made public results of a survey on business environment in Vietnam in the second quarter of 2011.
The survey reveals that 56% of European businesses answered said their operations in Vietnam have been “good” or “excellent” while 28% have admitted “average”.
In term of business prospect, 51% of the surveyed companies rated “good” or “excellent”.
As much as 51% of the surveyed European companies said they plan to increase their investment in Vietnam and the other 26% said they will still follow investment strategies as planned.
Referring to Vietnam’s economic growth rate this year, 51% of the companies said GDP may grow about 6% or lower.
