The Government chief spoke highly of the outcomes of the talks between Albanian FM Edmond Haxhinasto and Vietnamese FM Pham Binh Minh earlier on the same day.
PM Dung said the visit made by FM Edmond Haxhinasto would open up a new chapter for the two nations to expand their multifaceted cooperation.
He asked the two sides to work together to sign necessary agreements to provide a legal framework for strengthening economic, trade, investment, education, and tourism linkages.
Both countries should also support each other at international forums, particularly the UN; enhance exchange of delegations at all levels to enrich mutual understanding and confidence, said the host.
For his part, DPM cum FM Edmond Haxhinasto suggested that the two sides speed up trade and investment promotion activities and facilitate exports into respective countries.
He extolled Vietnam’s rising role and position on the international arena and called for Vietnam’s support to Albania at international forums.
Albania always attaches importance to its ties with Vietnam, affirmed DPM cum FM Edmond Haxhinasto.
