Viet Nam will spare no effort to boost the strategic ties with the Republic of Korea (RoK), said Deputy PM Vu Van Ninh on May 22 in Ha Noi at a reception given to Chairman of the House Steering Committee of the RoK National Assembly Lee Hahn Koo.

The Deputy PM said Viet Nam treasures the Korean cooperation and support in various fields such as economics, trade, culture and education
He hoped that the RoK would pave more favorable conditions for Vietnamese people to live and work in the RoK.
He also appreciated the RoK’s suggestion to exchange experience and support Viet Nam in developing new model of rural area.
For his part, Lee Hahn Koo said the RoK wants to boost cooperation with Viet Nam in bilateral aspects and at regional and international forums.
The regular meetings between senior leaders of both countries have remarkably contributed to strengthening the bilateral ties.
The guest leader also highlighted the important role played both countries’ National Assemblies and parliamentarians as representatives of will and aspiration of both peoples in promoting the ties between the two countries.
In the coming time, the RoK would send more experts specializing in developing new rural area model to share experience with Viet Nam, he added./.
