The strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Japan has been flourishing in various areas, especially economics, trade, investment and Jetro has made substantial contributions to the advancement of the bilateral ties through bringing Japanese investors to Viet Nam.

He took the occasion to thank Japanese Government for its valuable support for Viet Nam, particularly in such fields like official development assistance, infrastructure development, development cooperation, economics, trade and investment.
Jetro Chairman Hiroyuki Ishige said Vietnamese ministries, agencies and localities have extended active support to his organization in Viet Nam over the past years.
Hiroyuki Ishige suggested that the Vietnamese Government continue giving priority to developing human resource, support industries, infrastructure while caring for removal of obstacles against foreign investors.
For the above proposal, Deputy PM Ninh asked Japan to continue supporting Viet Nam as the latter had already specified the proposal in its development strategy.
