Over the past 10 years, Vietnam has remained one of the top five seafood suppliers to the Republic of Korea (RoK).
Vietnam mainly exports octopus, processed fish and frozen shrimps to the RoK with an annual average volume of 7,300 tonnes.
The Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers said that it will work with the RoK’s Fisheries Trade Association to share information on the demands for new products in the RoK to expand the market. They also agreed to inform each other if low quality products are discovered./.
