The Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) and the Sudan National Petroleum Corporation (Sudapet) just entered a cooperation agreement on exploring and exploiting oil and gas in Sudan, Vietnam and third countries.

Sudapet introduced PetroVietnam some chances to pour money in petroleum activities in Sudan.
The two sides agreed to negotiate for petroleum contracts within January 1.
Earlier, on December 1, PetroVietnamand the Angolan National Petroleum Corporation (Sonagol) reached a similar agreement on exploiting oil and gas in Angola, Vietnam and other countries.
