Vietnam’s Military Joint stock Commercial Bank (MB) has just put into operation a branch in Vientiane, Laos (MB Laos) with the aim to boost trade and investment between the two countries.
The branch, with initial capital of US $12 million,also aims to better serve MB customers in Laos and enable the bank to expand its operation worldwide.
MB Laos operates across Laos and offers various services, including receiving deposits, issuing deposit certificates, guarantee, mobilizing funds from credit organizations, foreign exchange and international payment.
The branch provides short, medium and long-term loans to meet demand for investment and trade exchanges of the two countries’ businesses./.
