Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai welcomed the visit of the Irish business community and spoke highly of the organization of the third Vietnam-Ireland Business Forum (VIBF).
The host leader thanked Ireland, an ODA donor country for Vietnam in important areas, hoping that business communities of the two sides would take new steps to boost the bilateral cooperation in investment and trade.
“The Vietnamese Government is encouraging foreign players to partake in such investment models as build-operate-transfer (BOT) and public-private-partnership (PPP) in the areas of energy, electricity, railway, aviation, sea ports, and infrastructure construction”, said the Deputy PM.
The Irish delegation said that they saw a large number of opportunities for cooperation between the two sides, and hoped that the Vietnamese Government could give them more supports for their businesses in Vietnam./.
