The Official Development Assistance (ODA) has created a foundation for growth and the nation’s socio-economic development and poverty reduction.
International donors have pledged US$78.195 billion in ODA for Viet Nam over the past 20 years, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Of this figure, agreements worth US$58.463 billion have been signed, and US$37.597 billion have been disbursed.
