Singapore’s power firm Asiatic Group has won a power supply contract in Cambodia worth 475 million USD, a local newspaper reported.
Under the 99-year contract, Asiatic Group will supply power to the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), the Light of Cambodia newspaper said, citing the group’s statement.
The contract is expected to add approximately 4.8 million USD a year to the group’s revenue once the power project is fully operational in 2009.
