New pages opened in ties between Vietnam and Kazakhstan, Denmark, Hungary
The official visits made by PM Nguyen Tan Dung and the Vietnamese Government delegation to Kazakhstan, Denmark and Hungary have marked new advancements in the friendly and multifaceted cooperative relations between Vietnam and the three countries.

At the talks and meetings with the Vietnamese PM, the host leaders of the three countries all congratulated great achievements the Vietnamese people have gained during their national renovation and development, highly valuated the status and role of Vietnam in the region and the world, and reiterated their consistent policies of strengthening the cooperative ties with Vietnam.
Prioritizing economic, trade and investment cooperation
PM Nguyen Tan Dung and leaders of Kazakhstan, Denmark and Hungary affirmed that the visits of the Vietnamese Government delegation were important events, opening up a new chapter in relations between Vietnam and the three countries, and creating new driving forces for the bilateral and multilateral cooperation in all fields, for the benefits of each people of the four countries, and for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world. Specifically, the leaders of the three European countries agreed to foster cooperation; prioritize such fields as economics, trade, investment, ODA granting, education and training, science and technology, labor cooperation and tourism;enhance closer collaboration on regional and international forums.

Leaders of Vietnam and Kazakhstan agreed to establish and beef up the cooperative ties in the oil and gas industry, considering it a long-term strategic cooperation orientation. They supported the establishment of direct relations between the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and the KazMunaiGaz of Kazakhstan in exploring, exploiting, transporting, and processing oil and gas in Kazakhstan, Vietnam and third countries.
With regard to Denmark, the Vietnamese PM and his Danish counterpart agreed to turn the bilateral relations into a partnership for development on the stable, long-term and win-win basis. Regarding political relations, the two sides were unanimous to step up exchanges of high-ranking delegations to enhance mutual trust and understanding among leaders of the two countries, laying a foundation for the broadened and deepened cooperation on all spheres. They agreed to prioritize economic cooperation, striving to increase the two-way trade turnover to US $1 billion and Denmark’s investment in Vietnam to US $1 billion in a couple of years. PM Lars Lokke Rasmussen confirmed that Denmark would continue to support Vietnam’s renovation and provide ODA for fighting climate change and juridical cooperation.
Regarding Hungary, the two sides showed determination to raise their two-way trade value regularly. They signed some deals to step up the bilateral relations in the coming time, including documents on financial cooperation, diplomacy, migration, consulate and citizenship, energy, and nuclear research.
In the three countries, PM Dung and his entourage attended and made speeches at business forums. The Vietnamese Government chief called for the host enterprises to expand their investment and business activities in Vietnam, and pledged to create more favorable conditions for them to succeed./.
