Vietnam and the European Union (EU) are soon likely to sign a partnership and cooperation agreement (PCA) from progresses achieved at the 6th round of PCA negotiations.
According to a joint press release issued after the two-day conference ended in Hanoi on February 2, the two sides have reached developments in several clauses that will regulate the cooperation in regional and international organisations, bilateral and multilateral cooperation and cooperation in anti-terrorism.
The two sides continued exchanging viewpoints on the cooperation in the fields of politics, security, trade and investment and agreed to conduct the 7th round of negotiations in Belgium in the second quarter of this year, said the press release./.
