The information was released yesterday in Ha Noi while the EC introduced the Green Book 2010 on its mission of cooperation and development in Vietnam.
Out of €940 million, €300 million will be spent on non-refundable projects.
Ambassador Sean Doyle affirmed that the EU will continue to participate in both economic and commercial activities to raise the efficiency of aid projects which focus on healthcare, tourism and poverty reduction.
The Vietnamese Government, said Mr. Sean Doyle, has effectively utilized the sources of foreign aid over the past three years. According to him, the domestic economy is on the right track and the EU will adjust its action plans in line with the Government’s programs on the above issues.
